a Classic Carolina reaper sauce recipe. Hotter than normal with 3 times the amount of Carolina reapers, Trinidad Scorpions, Ghost peppers and pure Capsaicin extract. This sauce takes the burn to a whole new level. It has a light garlic and roasted onion profile. Bites harder than any of my other sauces. Worth every cent - you won't be disappointed.

Although we advertise and claim that this sauce is extremely hot, the reality is that if you are used to capsaicin or hot chillies in general, this will just be another hot sauce for you. And that goes for any other sauce that you can get your hands on. That is, unless you add Capsaicin crystals to your sauces which are extremely expensive and almost impossible to come by. The mixture of Carolina reapers, Trinidad Scorpions and Ghost peppers that we use to make this sauce, all complement each other and contributes towards creating a tasty blend of peppers. The fact that we add pure Capsaicin extract to this sauce, takes the level up a notch though, beyond the 2 million SHU of a standard Carolina reaper pepper. This sauce carries a 2-part goal: If the heat doesn’t catch you, the taste will. The flipside: If you are not used to hot sauces, then be careful as this sauce will bite you hard.
And always remember: a hot sauce is not like drinking superhot coffee. It isn’t going to burn your lips or your mouth instantaneously. The Capsaicin needs to be activated first through your tastebuds and the soft tissue in your mouth. Only then will your brain ring the alarm bells, which might take a few seconds. After a minute or two, you’ll experience the full force of the sauce.
